You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

3. Course access and license

Upon valid purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for personal educational purposes. You agree not to share, resell, or publicly distribute materials without our written consent.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise on a product page, self-paced courses may be refundable within 7 days if less than 20% of content is completed. Workshops and cohorts may have stricter policies due to capacity limits.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with platform operation or security.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to copy or reverse-engineer proprietary course materials.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, course videos, texts, and assets are owned by VidaFloral Nexus or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly provided.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or client bookings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidaFloral Nexus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
